One of the greatest pleasures that comes with filmmaking is getting to meet and work with interesting people that you normally wouldn't want to... er, I mean, wouldn't ever meet.
The Lads, being such a small production company and all, rely heavily on volunteer actors and crew members to help us bring our dreams to life. Without their assistance, our productions would be an even more tremendous burden than it already is. Try being the camera-op, while getting sound levels from the boom mic and trying to remember your next line all at the same time and you'll get the picture.
Below is a list of friends who gave up a lot of their free time so we could bring you the films on this website. Much thanks and appreciation goes out to them, and if we ever hit it big one day, we'll be sure to take them out for taco night tuesday at the local pub! Hat's off to our friends!

Ferdinand
(Actor)
Ferdinand was brought onto the set of Seeing Red for his ability to translate German and to act as a Nazi officier. He's also offered his analysis of our films as well as accompany us to some of our film screenings. We're hoping one day to use him for his dashing good looks to help us win an Oscar.

Ricky
(Actor)
Mr. Chipps' nephew, Ricky, had his debute performance with us by playing the part of Satan's nephew in Roadkill. He also hung out a lot and got a feel for how a bunch of middled-aged, hacks put together a film in under 48 hours time. Ricky showed real skills at memorizing his lines and creating a believable character on screen. I hope to use him again in future films.

Cyndy
(Actress, Boom Op)
Like Anna, Cyndy came on board with us to help make Roadkill for the 48 Hour Film Project. She played a very convincing road rage driver and (i can personally attest for this) she has one hellova left hook! Watch Roadkill and you'll see what I mean. ;)
Cyndy did a great job handling audio/boom for us as well. We hope she'll join us with future projects, now that she's had a taste for indie filmmaking!

Cassy
(Actress, LAN-gamer, Bruiser)
Nine year old Cassy has been the Guinea pig for her Father Pixar, since she was five. She played lead in such films as "Tea Party" and "Best FriendSS"" The films have given her an outlet for her pent up anger and aggression. Her weapon of choice is an Aluminum baseball bat which she can wail with deadly precision.
Cassy is currently in the forth grade and plays Soccer, Softball, and kicks ass in Unreal Tournament 2003. She enjoys blowing your head clear of your shoulders and can even talk smack with the best of us at the LAN Parties. "Oh my, where did your head go?" or "I'm sorry did I just kill you again?" are common things to hear when Cassy is dominating the field. Some may consider allowing a Nine year old girl to play such violent games to be a bad influence or just bad parenting. But as Cassy would say, "Screw that!"

Emily
(Graphic Artist, Directors Assistant, Actress)
Emily, has been blessed enough to have met her husband Pixar in 1997 in a shoe store. From then on things have just gotten better and better for her. Emily is an accomplished Graphic Artist who works at an Advertising Company in Cincinnati. Emily has been a big help to the Lads by being our Gofer, Assistant, and Photoshop expert, along with working on almost every Brawny Lads film without hope of pay or glory. Yet that all changed when she was cast as Dawn Sperling, Efficentcy Expert in the 48 hour film project "Spiked Punch" that was debuted at the Madison Theater in Covington, Kentucky, with the other competitors films. Now she has her feet wet with acting and who knows what may happen next.
Expect to see her pop up as an extra in future films as she is always helping us and can be suckered into things relatively easily. Well, when it comes to films anyway.

Brad Schultz
(Nazi, LAN-Gamer "Woody")
Brad Schultz works with Pixar, and was kind enough to give up 3 days in the summer of 2002 to act in the movie "Best FriendSS"". It was boiling hot and lucky Brad was just begging to wear the heavy wool nazi uniform. So we appeased him. After comments from a Neo-Nazi, that said we were making fun of the "Pure Aryan Race", to the other people who said we were "promoting Nazis". Brad continued anyway, knowing that we had no political agenda, but just wanted to make a fun film that might raise some eyebrows. Therefore he has no problem goose-stepping around town at our request.
